Admissibility Hearings
We assist clients who are facing removal from the country and are considered to be inadmissible. We assist with challenging Inadmissibility determinations and negotiating methods by which our clients can remain in Canada.
Refugee Protection
We assist clients who are seeking protection based on their fear of return to their country of birth or last country of habitual residence.
(Including Appeals and Pre Removal Risk Assessments)
Citizenship
We assist clients with their applications for a grant of citizenship or obtaining a citizenship certificate.

Passport Applications
We assist clients with applying for and renewing their Canadian passports.
Work
Limited to Express Entry Programs which do not require an LMIA. We assist with Permanent resident applications through the Express Entry Programs (Federal Skilled Worker Class, Canadian Experience Class)
Study
We offer assistance with student visa applications and extensions, and clients wishing to attend one of Canada's post secondary institutions.
Permanent Residency Renewal
We assist clients with renewing their permanent resident cards including residency obligation appeals, if necessary.

Family Sponsorship
We assist our clients with submitting applications to sponsor their family members for permanent residency. This includes spouses or significant others, children and parents.
Temporary Resident Permits
We assist clients who have been found to be inadmissible with entering Canada on a temporary basis. We help clients overcome their inadmissibilities to allow them to enter Canada.
New Permanent Residency Schemes as announced
The government of Canada regularly introduces new permanent residency schemes that may be available for a short or long term. We assist clients with applying for permanent residency through these schemes as our office priorities allow.

Visit
Visitor visas, Visitor records, Extensions, Restoration of status and Supervisas. We assist our clients with applying to come to Canada to visit family, friends or for general tourism. We also assist with extensions and restoration of status as well as Supervisas for grandparents.
